Chinh Phan P.E.

Principal

Chinh started KYSU Group with many years of experience as an engineer for structures and transportation infrastructure projects. He has worked with various types and sizes of roadway facility projects, including urban and rural highways, urban streets, on and off system bridge replacements, intersection improvements, and multi-level interchanges. Chinh has also worked for Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in the Ellis County and East Dallas Area Offices and the District Bridge Design section, where he designed numerous transportation infrastructure projects.

Chinh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. As a designer, Chinh has worked on roadway geometry, including drainage, hydraulic study and scour analysis, grading, paving, traffic control plans, pavement markings, signings and PS&E preparation. Other experience includes construction projects on commercial buildings, parking garages, movie theaters, and news studios.
